The III Chess Researchers International Meeting, organized by the Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR) aims to provide a space for the dissemination of scientific research on the game of chess.In its third edition, the event highlights the theme "chess and society", inspiring investigations into the impact of the chess game on social development.Goals- Identify and disseminate activities related to extension, teaching, research and innovation in the use of chess as an educational, pedagogical or therapeutic instrument;- To value efforts and foster initiatives of all those involved in chess research;- Encourage the exchange of experiences among chess researchers;- Constitute a space for reflection, evaluation, integration and elaboration of new proposals for research, extension and innovation with the use of chess.
